Q.

Riza is suffering from cold. Nose discharge and coughing. Pls recommend the medicine.

A. Maxtra you can give about 1ML2 times in a day also I would recommend you to give steam indirectly three times in the day and also you should nebulise the child that is going to be very beneficial in clearing up the congestion from chest throat and nose of your child
