DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 years old and he is having coughs and cold so give him syrup maxtra 3.5 ml three times a day and chericof syrup 3 ml three times a day

Hi Mom Use saline nasal drops Give indirect steam inhalation Apply eucalyptus oil on baby’s pillow Take a good care of your baby Stay hydrated Burp well Give adequate feeding BM contains natural antibiotics to cure infection like cold cough naturally Take a good care of your baby Apply coconut oil or olive oil
