Q.

right now , i have completed 34 weeks of pregnancy but i am facing huge vaginal pain everyday while sleeping, seating, or whenever i try to walk, but my dr. said its due to pelvic size is increasing, can you please suggest for the same, thank you.

A. It is called ‘lightning crotch’ Most likely due to pressure of baby head on the pelvis. You can get pregnancy belly support belts. Try using them it reduces the pain a lot. Or you can use a simple cotton saree.
