recently my baby got viral infection. she was passing a lot of gas and so I prepared her ajwain water and fed her for 2 days. she got red spots all over her body. can ajwain water be the cause for it??

it's difficult to say that it's because of ajwain water as post viral fever skin rashes are usually seen.. apply calamine lotion n  it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

Yes absolutely that is the only reason because the carrom seeds water have excessive heat into them which can actually create rash on to the body of a child or even for an adult for that matter which is why it is not recommended to be given to small kids
