recently I had second delivery.can I drink lot of water after c section.elders r saying to drink less water as more water intake increses stomach

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you can drink the amount of water that you wish to. Drinking adequate water is also important considering that you are a breastfeeding mother. It helps in improving the milk supply.
