kids grind their teeth during the teething phase..other reason could be due to worms in stomach..
consult with your pediatrician for regular health checkup of your child and nearest Pediatric dentist for regular oral health checkup

Worms Are the basic reason for this behaviour it’s very normal and common for a child to have grinding of its teeth when a child is having a warm is in the stomach so once you should get a check with your paediatrician they can help you with the medicine on this
