as its very difficult to tell anything without examination of the child

Kya baby ko cold hai.. chest congestion..
give steam inhalation, steam inhalation se cold treat hoga and awaaz bhi khul jaegi..
apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage..
take care..
