meri Bachi 3 months and 6 days ki hai aur o ghar badal ne se zyada satarahi hai mujhe Kya Karna chahiye aur baby k pet se gud gud awaz aari

A. no you can't please stick to breastfeeding your child get all essential nutrients and water from it. no need of extra water

A. hi please feed your child on demand. it provides comfort and security too. burp or hold your child on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding for 10 to 15 minutes. as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food. give Massage to your child daily it will help to soothe your child.
