assalamualaikum.. mujhe after noon se bahut tez fever hai...phir maine solo aur zerodol li..kam hogai thi ..ab phir thand bahut zyada horahi hai...u suggest me what I do

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in jga dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
