Q. #AskTheExpert Dear Mam My Daughter is 7year old and weights 15 Kg. She Sleeps Very Late at night ( 1:30 - 2:30 AM) Kindly Suggest What Should We Do. Thanks

A. if your child is seven and a half years old in the child is not sleeping properly in the night just make a proper discipline and a proper schedule do not make the child 2 other activities in the night

Q. Hi, my daughter sleeps at around 1:30 every night and sleeps till next day afternoon( wakes up in between for milk). We usually give her dinner late night by 11:30, so that she don't feel hungry during sleep. We had tried giving her dinner early hoping she would sleep soon, but since small she sleeps very late.
