Hi my baby is 1.5 years old he sleeps very late at night around 1:30 pm and gets up at 10:30 am then he drinks cow milk at 11 am then eats breakfast at 12 to 12:30 pm after that take baths and sleeps and wakes up at 3:30 or 4 to4:30 and then I give him lunch but this schedule worries me what should I do

A. it is important to regulate the flip cycle and the eating habits of your baby it depends on you to set a routine you can change the routine and the eating pattern slowly by altering the time of meals and sleep

A. hi no you must alter your child routine. for that make changes in routine but do it gradually. try to set consistent time for nap , bath ,meal etc
