A. Take a test first thing tomorrow morning. If u can’t wait till then, give ur blood for labs to confirm.

A. repeat as after two days. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
