pregnancy ke starting 3 month m kya khana chahiye or kya nhi?

A. Hai good afternoon !! After skipping periods 2nd month onwards have Balanced diet with protein, calcium, Iron rich foods, Fruits and vegetables(fibre rich), increase water intake because in first trimester Constipation troubles a lot. Avoid spicy too heat producing foods ,pine apple, papaya, seseme, Bitter gourd, cabbage, cauliflower,too much pepper, chilli powder, Jack fruit.
