Mindful eating and persistent exercise should be practiced,having big breakfast and s light dinners are very useful,include soaked dry fruits as evening snack for energy,having dinner before 7:30 is very helpful and lastly drinking lots n lots of water more then 3lit which include warm water before sleeping and early morning

if it has been 6 months after delivery,you can start doing exercises and yoga regularly
take green veggies, fresh fruits more
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
go for daily walk
