pranavi is having fever,vomitings

firstly I used
ibugesic-plus(fever)
ondem-syrup
advent (antibiotic)

then after three days she is fine
no issue till one week

post week
she caught fever,cough and cold
now I have given
sinarest-AF(cold)
ascodex(junior)(cough)
ibugesic-plus (fever)
zifi-50(antibiotic)
I gave four days these medicines
according to the doctor prescribed
but still she is having more cough and cold
kindly suggest medicine for cough and cold and antibiotic

the doctor will tell you whether there will be same medicines to be continued or whether there will be change in dmedication for the patient.t
