Q.

Post vaccination fever@102f. continuing paracetamol 120mg suspension for 5ml at an interval of 5/6hrs but it's day2, the fever is still there. 23month is on water having less than moderate amount of solid food

A. you will have to immediately consult a doctor for this for this problem I would ask you to take guidance from the doctor and then after you can address the concern about this matter after guidance from doctor . . .
