Pushpa ShahMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Do improve your diet and start using mamaearth hair mask , oil and shampoo special onion based. Currently I am using it and got relieved.

don't wash your hair too frequently
Wash it with ayurvedic herbs and not with anti dandruff shampoo
Take sunbath daily
Don't use RO water
Use Simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
