Q.
Post delivery till when we have to take Folic acid pills while we breastfeed? As my Gynic told to take for 1 month and some tell to take for 3 months.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. you don't need to take Folic acid after delivery it's just that you can continue with the Iron and Calcium supplement but that also not very necessary if you are taking good nutritious diet intake after delivery
