A. Hello good evening !!Post delivery due to harmone imbalance,low supplements or improper nutrition ,iron deficiency ,stress hairfall happens . Have balanced protein,calcium,iron rich foods - Spinach,amaranth,curry leaves,sweet potato, nuts,seeds ,egg,fish in regular meals. Use caster oil regularly ,onion /amla oil to control hairfall .
