plz tell me how to take calcirol 60000,with milk or with water at 7 month of pregnancy

A. I'm breastfeeding mom.my baby is 10 months old.can I take calcirol 60k tablet?any problem?Is this medicine safe during breastfeeding?any harmful?

A. hello dear parent, generally calcitrol is recommended with milk so better take with milk..also increase your calcium intake by adding paneer milk, curd, spinach, cheese, ragi bajra in your diet.

A. hello ma'am You can take this sachet of vitamin d with milk and water both. you can take it as you feel comfortable. also you should take once in a week. and take only which your gynecologist has recommended. take care
