please suggest the dose of zoomol 60ml for baby 1.4years old and 10kg. thank you. fever is 100.4

You can give one to the child and continue to monitor the fever if there is need then six hours later you can again repeat the medicine as a fever medicine is meant to be given like this and if the fever doesn’t subside completely by 72 hours please consult your doctor
