Please review my wife's NT Scan report and confirm if everything is not normal. Any further tests to be taken?

Looks good but a clarity can be provided by the doctor so let the gynaecologist be available to assist you otherwise you can just can you check with your gynaecologist and also different scans are done at different times you may have to go for two more scans but when your doctor would advise you accordingly
