phenylephrine hydrochloride & chlorpheniramine maleate oral drops ...can I use this syrup for my 4 Month 10 days old baby ..he is suffering with cold

A. yes if prescribed. avoid cold climate, cold winds. give plenty of feeds , adequate rest to the baby. indirect steam , hot water bath will also help. consult your paediatrician if baby is feeding less, excessively drowsy or if cold increases. post illness babies might be cranky , irritable. nose block congestion also result in loss of appetite, difficult sucking. try different head up feeding position. feed by spoon otherwise. Maintain hygiene. if bottle feeding, maintain sterility as its a common source of infections. Indirect steam .  put steamer in room or To give steam to babies, best way is to make your bathroom steamy by running the hot water tap. keep the baby away from source of steam.

A. Hello...you should not actually us any drops without consulting doctor... generally nasivion nasal drops is advisable d by doctors for cold in babies.
