pergency ke bad mai thodi chid chidi ho gai hu and baat baat pe rone lag jati hu muze koi kuch bol de toh negatively mehsoos krti hu. aggressive ho jati hu yese pehle kabhi nahi hota tha mood swings hote hai kabhi achha toh kabhi bura lgta I'm worried about it what should I do
