Penta vaccine (hep-b+DPT+HIb) is protected from five infectious diseases please tell me what are they?

A. the Pentagon axon which covers against 5 diseases we have already mentioned that is diphtheria tetanus and pertussis hepatitis B and HIb There is having hexa also along with injectable polio vaccine available
