pediatric dentist who can answer when to extract milktooth if the new tooth starts showing up

A. hello the milk teeth wiuld fall around 6 to 7 years and the new teeth eruption starts at 7 years and aby concern then it is better to check wuth your paediatrics dentist and he will be able to guide you accordingly and some kids have have its tooth fall even earlier
