ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician6 years agoA. hi, your baby is 16 months old now,scalp shaving causes to problem,one the root of hair follyis exposed and at risk of infection,secondly scalp skin exposure to sunlight can cause burns and tanning.kindly use body lotion meant for baby,use baby shampoo to keep hair follicles clean,use cap to prevent exposure to sunlight

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy6 years agoA. hello..after head shave since it is summer you can cover your baby head with very very thin cloth. also apply oil well and nourish your babies head well enough this reduces heat in baby body too
