DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 45 days old and he is having a fever then first give him frequent breast feeding and then give him paracetamol 6 drops three times a day

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the dosage of the paracetamol depends on the weight of the baby but an average you can give 0.4 ml three times a day for the baby of 45 days .
