Our baby 3 months old. She growth less. Her weight 4.5 kg. She less get brest milk

A. Namaste MOm full term baby monthly weight gain is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight as such take support of formula milk but giving preference to your feed as such
