One of my friends recently delivered a baby and milk supply is low. Can she use a breast pump?

I’m using a breast pump does not guarantee increment of the milk as a lot of mothers have this misconception because if you are not going to have milk only already what are you going to pump is going to increase low milk supply she should take lactation supplements to make it better
