CharuMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy8 years agoA. hi dear... as of now no need to do any ki d of excerices .. you need to take full proper 45 days rest.. benefits of adding squats to Increased pelvic floor muscle strength – Squats will help to prepare the pelvic floor muscles for birth even better than kegel exercises. ....so as of now no need..

Please don't do for now take rest have a healthy once fully recovered can start with some light exercise like yoga and gradually make it more intense and also can go for walks do yoga under a professional yoga instructor can do cycling stretching swimming and breathing exercises as well and squats after a couple of months later
