have sunbath every morning for half an hour daily.

it happens because of nutritional deficiencies
so ,I advise to take Healthy and nutritious diet
especially food items like green veggies, fresh fruits,curd , buttermilk etc more
avoid to sit or stand for long period.
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
