Q.
numb in feet and palm after delivery is common? it's been 5month happened my delivery I still feel numb in palm and feet while feeding and sometimes in sleep

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. deficiencies. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. have sunbath every morning for half an hour daily. once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it happens because of nutritional deficiencies so ,I advise to take Healthy and nutritious diet especially food items like green veggies, fresh fruits,curd , buttermilk etc more avoid to sit or stand for long period. avoid drinking RO water take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
