now my baby 5month old.. c section delivery ....can i start the exercise to reduce belly fat......

A. Yes Diet control is more important than anything else Choose healthy foods Check your diet Do some exercises gradually Floor exercises and walk are best Abdominal muscles toning exercises and cardio are good Drink 3-4 litres of water per day Go to my website Www.familygynaec.com

A. hello now since it is past 5 months post delivery yes you can start with belly excercise which is not a problem and is totally safe also for you to start but go as per 'er your comfort and dono not stran yourself too much especially to start with which should be fine
