Q.
Now I am 25 week pregnant, comparatively previous month of my weight increase 5 kg. and the cervix length is 3.3 Is there any problem with this like a preterm delivery? now am in safe or un safe? or else I want to take bed rest? kindly give me a clear solution about this.

Right now it is okay you can check with your doctor they advised to take a bed rest and then you go ahead with that but 3 cm are still decent enough of it is going to reduce down probably the doctor is going to probably help you in doing a cervical stage which is going to be good for you
