ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. medarma strech mark cream, or use of bio oil is good n effective way to lighten it. Cut open the Vitamin E capsule and mix in bio oil.
Apply this oil on your stretch marks and massage for a few minutes.
Leave it on.
