#nostretchmarkschallenge i have lots of stretchmarks ..my delivery done 8.months ago.. i applied cream. bio oil. n. all.. but nothing works.. i. have red marks.. pls help me out

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. apply Mama Earth Anti stretch marks cream 4-5times per day and continue for six months. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hey hey mommy for strech marks you should keep teh area moisturized and apply a good stretch marks cream. like mamma earth. you can also apply coconut oil before bath. the m arks won't go away completely but will fade. it will be come unnoticeable.
