Nmfe you can apply this cream it’s a base of vitamin E suggested by my doctor for my daughter so I would recommend you the same want to go ahead with apply it at least three times in the day to begin with slowly you will see that the problem in the skin will start settling down and make sure that the product that you are using or not causing this problem as sometimes it could be because of the same reason as well
