mybaby gets fever with 100 to 102 ,i used p-125 syrup but fever was not controlling after given dose also .it's already 2second .but there is no cough cold only fever .wat should I do

A. sir my baby was 9kgs weight how much quantity I have to use for meftal

A. if the child is very high grade fever and if you are giving paracetamol and it is not getting control you can give syrup meftal p 5ml and consult your doctor
