SantoMom of a 9 yr 1 m old girl7 years agoA. Usually Through breastmilk illness cannot pass through it to your baby. Breast milk actually provides your baby with immunity to that illness because the antibodies that you produce when you are sick go directly into the milk. So no chances of baby going sick. But I wish you check with your doctor once.
