my wife now 1month 7 days c section hua tha but abhitak periods ruka nahi why

A. thats ok in breastfeeding. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion
