What do you mean by flat position are you trying to say that that wife likes to sleep on the back if that is your question then it’s not a problem because you can sleep right side left side or on your back however it is comfortable to you there is no rule that the woman has to sleep on the side and cannot sleep on the back during pregnancy it’s just a misconception
