A. Hello To lose weight, you need to keep patience & keep doing efforts. You can 1. Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast 2. Avoid sugar, sweets, fried foods, bakery foods, biscuits, chocolate, junk foods 3.inckude lot of vegetables, fruits, nuts & protein rich foods like skim milk, egg whites, pulses, sprouts, curd, chicken, low fat paneer. 4. stay hydrated
