My twins girls are active but looking very thin and wear one size small dress.please suggest what can I do..!

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child.. give fat and protein rich diet

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. what is more important is to make sure the baby is consuming a healthy balanced and nutritious diet is not important but the structure of the child should be chubby I would recommend however for you to give eggs and banana milkshake everyday to the baby
