Q.

my twins are 2 year old n they don't eat anything i offer them little meals 4-5 times but they always refuse to eat they simply don't want to eat...i cook what i observe they might like but nupp. no chance😔my girl never show intrest in food but my boy used to have little bit...but now he also don't have any thing

A. i have already given iron nad and calcium syrup a week ago it got over now

Hello I would like to tell you mam that a lot of times you to lower level of haemoglobin also we have seen these kind of things happening with kids so I’d advise you to get the level check for the child and if there let’s start with an iron supplement and maybe after that things are going to be much
