my transvaginal ultrasound showed minimal fluid in pouch of Douglas should I worry about it

A. no need to worry mild fluid may be seen sometimes and it gets reduced itself in case if you are having pain is lower abdomen aur or other complaints like more of white discharge for pain in the vaginal region then you need to get examined by your doctor once
