Q.
There is collection in endometrium. And in pouch of douglas may I know it is serious?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. fluid seen in pouch of Douglas may be related to pelvic infection so it would be better, You should have proper consultation with your treating doctor , as some examination or investigations may be needful, so that proper medications can be given And the treatment can be done very properly.
