My toddler is having light red and dry skin on face near mouth, the weather is changing, suggest some good lotion or cream.

Evion vitamin E cream you can apply you can also use Boroline antiseptic cream if it is only around the mouth of your child that you can apply 3 to 4 times in the day and maintain proper dryness around that area make sure that it is not better or something if the child is drooling also by a chance keep that area
