my baby has discoloration on his face. and his skin is very dry. plz suggest me any cream n lotion

A. If there is a discolouration then you may as well he preferred getting it check with a dermatologist it could be skin related issue if you wanna go ahead with any cream currently I would advise you to go ahead with Cetaphil but a proper check up a certainly required
