Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. the first medicine that you have to give is paracetamol and this medicine can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and then meet your doctor to find the cause of fever
