Q.
My son was born in 7 months premature baby . When he was 1 month old doctors informed us that he is cmv positive. Later when he was 5 months old he was treated by valganciclovir. After the treatment my son's development and growth everything is normal and good. He reached his milestone. Can i conceive again? Or i should go for cmv test and all? Please suggest me.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. knowing about all your history it would be better Tu to consult with your doctor and yes go for the prior investigations and then plan for the second baby also consult with your doctor in detail about precautions to be taken
